William asks: Do you see a land value tax ever being implemented nationally?

We've advocated for a Land Value Tax over the years but the likelihood of it being implemented on a national level within the United States in our lifetime seems very low. There is a growing level of interest in this taxation approach and it would make a measurable difference in outcomes but it's hard to persuade the many people who are advantaged by the current system to turn to an alternative that will help them in the long run but pose a challenge in the short term.
