Per Capita Expenditures for Police, Firefighters, Stations, Trucks, etc.

I am a big fan of your work! 

My name is Abby and I reside in New York. My husband and I have been involved in the local level for many years, including the Traffic Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals (me) and Chair of the Budget Committee (him).  

We struggle with the lack of benchmark data regarding things like police or firefighters, stations, and truckers per capita.  

Would you happen to have anything like that?  Even a range would be helpful.
