Incremental Zoning Example
Hello,
Does anyone have an example of a zoning code that allows for the next increment of development by right and that adjusts with intensity of development?

This example text is used in the SmartCode template, at item 1.6.1:
"Twenty years after the approval of a Regulating Plan, each Transect Zone, except the T1 Natural and T2 Rural Zones, shall be automatically rezoned to the successional (next higher) Transect Zone, unless denied in public hearing by the Legislative Body."
It's not an exact match for this concept, but it's the closest I've seen.
