President Chuck Marohn and Director of Community Action Edward Erfurt facilitated this meeting with Leadership Team members to discuss the Community Action Lab (CAL) initiative and its progress since the first workshop in January. Attendees and Strong Towns staff discussed development approaches, analytical models for assessing property values, and practical steps Leadership Team members can take to actively support the project.
