LC Leaders

While your group might have a number of people who are involved in organizing activities and leading the group (many hands make light work!), our expectation is that some of these leaders will have:

For our purposes, we count leaders based on the number of leaders in our system who are affiliated with each group.

LC Members

We leave this question of who counts as a member entirely up to you. Some groups count the number of people on their email mailing list. Some groups roughly count the average number of attendees at recent events while others will count every person who has attended in the last six months or year.

We want to ensure that groups develop additional leaders with a direct connection to them through our LC program communications that they'll receive when they're signed up. We also want you to have a lot of flexibility to define members as best works for you.
