President Chuck Marohn and Director of Community Action Edward Erfurt facilitated this meeting with Leadership Team members to discuss the Community Action Lab (CAL) initiative and its progress since the kickoff and the first in-person workshop. Attendees and Strong Towns staff discussed how the Medicine Hat Leadership Team might grow more involved with the Action Team and the CAL initiative. Strong Towns will continue to think through different ways to feed more content and specialized inputs to the Medicine Hat Leadership Team as a means to empower them as they pursue changes in the place they call home.
