Sarah asks: 

So tactical urbanism isn’t really working in our city as they removed all of the bike racks we installed. The only other way i can think to get stuff done is by getting ppl to sign petitions. is there a secret third thing we can do? maybe some avenue to partner with the city instead of just making demands through petitions.
